one more week left
i've been spending most of the last few weeks just hanging out with my family, amanda and meeting a few friends some days were better than other but generally , i got a lot of restaurant time (jap food mostly) and time to find out how some of my friends are sortof doing with their lives. on top of them , have been helping with the house moving (yes i'm moving) and talking to grandma and parents.
just came back from bowling and supper at SICC today with matt, char and some of their friends. ad before that was dinner with another couple.
all in all, i've found that time has swiftly passed by and in exactly a week and 7 hours, i might be on my plane headed back to dreary london.
this summer is my second summer since i've started medical school. it isn't much of a comparison, but it sure is different from the last.
last summer was a frenzy of meeting up with friends and consistently needing to be involved in programs, church and just everything. this time, i've taken things slightly easier. even managing to spend the entire day from morning till evening by myself, at borders sitting and reading and having lunch (by myself) at sakae sushi (yet another jap place)
i've started to learn how to prioritize it seems, my time and activities. i'm just glad that i've been spending a whole lot more time with family and been talking to my sis a whole lot more than ever before.
apart from all that has passed, i'm looking forward to returning to london. its been long since i walked doen those familiar corridors and streets. i certainly would miss singapore and everyone here, but i definitely don't mind being back :)
